Owner / Client

The building owner or client includes the person or group commissioning the building. Clients have an overarching health and safety responsibility for the project as a whole. This applies to information provided and decisions made during the procurement process, the management and monitoring of the consultants’ and contractors’ performance, through to ensuring safe completion and handover.
