Operator / Facilities Manager

The building operator or facilities manager refers to a person or organisation who occupies, uses, or maintains a facility once constructed. Facilities managers are responsible for the ongoing management of a building, ensuring that it continues to meet health and safety standards through required maintenance and upkeep. They are also responsible for ensuring any maintenance staff, tradespeople or other workers have the necessary information about any hazards or risks relevant to their role.
